The Referral Code Transformation Program

The Referral Code is our flagship training initiative — a 4-month virtual mentorship program that uses a 7-step methodology to transform participants from average to exceptional professionals who are referral-worthy.

Each cohort consists of 15 women — one for every year of Ijeoma’s professional journey — ensuring personalized mentorship and close community interaction.

  1. Innovate – Think creatively and adapt to evolving professional landscapes.
  2. Motivate – Build inner drive and a mindset for excellence.
  3. Persuade – Learn to influence decisions ethically and effectively.
  4. Activate – Turn knowledge into consistent action.
  5. Connect (Harness) – Build valuable relationships and networks.
  6. Transform – Apply principles that create visible career growth.
  7. Sustain – Maintain excellence and consistency beyond the program.

Participants will learn to:

  • Develop practical strategies for career growth.
  • Negotiate better salaries and opportunities.
  • Gain visibility for promotions and recognition.
  • Build strong professional networks that generate referrals.

Program duration is 4 Months. Engagement is Bi-weekly sessions, 2–3 hours weekly, plus coaching squad activities via Live Webinars, and Fireside Chats. Candidates will be given weekly assignments and tasks.

Our learning journey focuses on equipping participants with the soft skills, emotional intelligence, and personal excellence needed to thrive and stand out in any organization or business environment.

There are eight modules in all and each module combines practical training, guided reflection, and case studies to ensure deep transformation—not just information.
