The Identity Switch Program
This program is a transformational learning journey designed to prepare final-year students and emerging female professionals for life beyond the classroom. Through eight powerful modules inspired by timeless blueprints and modern workplace wisdom, participants are equipped to transition with confidence, character, and clarity of purpose.
Our learning journey focuses on helping final-year students and early-career women transition seamlessly from school life to professional life — from learning in classrooms to thriving in boardrooms. This program is designed to help on guiding participants to discover who they are, what they carry, and how to show up with purpose and confidence in the workplace.
There are eight modules in all and each module combines practical training, guided reflection, and case studies to ensure deep transformation—not just information.
