The Referral Code
The philosophy of referral-worthy leadership is further explored in The Referral Code, a forthcoming book by the founder of The Purple Orchid Institute.
The book documents the lived experiences, leadership insights, frameworks, and professional lessons that shaped the philosophy of referral-worthy leadership.
While conferences and leadership sessions introduce the ideas, The Referral Code provides the deeper framework that equips women to activate these principles in their careers and leadership journeys.
It serves as both:
- a companion resource to the Institute’s programs, and
- a foundational text for the Purple Orchid leadership philosophy.
