2. Enrollment & Payment
- Registration: Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit participant numbers for quality assurance.
- Fees: All course fees must be paid in full [28 days] prior to the course start date to secure your seat.
- Substitution: The institute may substitute trainers or modify course content at its discretion to ensure the highest standard of delivery.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Standard Cancellation: Written notice is required for all cancellations.
- Refund Tiers:
- 14+ Days Notice: Full refund (minus a 10% administrative fee).
- 7–14 Days Notice: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 Days: No refund will be issued.
- Online Courses: Once digital materials are accessed or a login is activated, no refunds are available.
- Institute Cancellation: If we cancel a course, students will receive a 100% refund.
4. Intellectual Property
All training materials, including PDFs, videos, and presentations, are the sole property of [Your Institute Name].

6. User Conduct
Students must maintain professional conduct. We reserve the right to dismiss any student who engages in fraudulent, offensive, or illegal behavior without a refund.
