1. Introduction

By enrolling in any course or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. Purple Orchid Institute reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice; changes become effective immediately upon posting.

2. Enrollment & Payment

  • Registration: Admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to limit participant numbers for quality assurance.
  • Fees: All course fees must be paid in full [28 days] prior to the course start date to secure your seat.
  • Substitution: The institute may substitute trainers or modify course content at its discretion to ensure the highest standard of delivery.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Standard Cancellation: Written notice is required for all cancellations.
  • Refund Tiers:
    • 14+ Days Notice: Full refund (minus a 10% administrative fee).
    • 7–14 Days Notice: 50% refund.
    • Less than 7 Days: No refund will be issued.
  • Online Courses: Once digital materials are accessed or a login is activated, no refunds are available.
  • Institute Cancellation: If we cancel a course, students will receive a 100% refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All training materials, including PDFs, videos, and presentations, are the sole property of [Your Institute Name].

  • You are granted a non-exclusive license for personal use only.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, sharing of login credentials, or commercial resale of materials is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability & Waiver

  • Assumption of Risk: Students acknowledge that training may involve physical or mental exertion and participate at their own risk.
  • Liability: The institute is not liable for personal injury, loss of property, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • Medical Disclosure: It is the student’s responsibility to disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate.

6. User Conduct

Students must maintain professional conduct. We reserve the right to dismiss any student who engages in fraudulent, offensive, or illegal behavior without a refund.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of NIgeria.
